Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. ("ESP") (Pink
Sheets: EVSP), an innovator in environmental home inspections,
announced today that Peter Donato,
MBA, CPA, has been appointed as the Company's new Chief Financial
Officer.

Mr. Donato joins ESP after nearly 20 years of progressive
financial and accounting management experience in large, well
developed companies as well as small, entrepreneurial companies. He
began his career in public accounting in 1992 with Ernst &
Young, Cleveland before joining
General Motors' financial team in 1994 where he assumed increasing
roles of responsibility at both the divisional and corporate levels
until his departure in 2000. He remained in the auto industry
as the divisional CFO for Honda Express North America, a collection
of logistics, warehousing, and transportation companies based in
Central Ohio.
He accepted Divisional Controller positions with the
Scotts-Miracle Gro Company where he went on to be Controller of the
~$750M Liquids Group overseeing
familiar brand names such as Ortho and
Miracle Gro as well as the Round-Up brand joint venture.
In 2003 Mr. Donato joined Uniform Tubing, Inc. as Divisional
Controller for this private equity backed medical device contract
manufacturer. In this role, Mr. Donato was an instrumental
part of the team that subsequently acquired and integrated
Minnesota-based, publicly traded,
Medsource Technologies. In 2004, the Company became
Accellent, Inc. and he became a senior member of the team in the
role of Divisional CFO and VP of Finance for the $~200M Cardiology
division of the Company. While in this role, Mr. Donato and
the team were successful in growing the division and the Company,
culminating in a $1+B sale of Accellent to KKR in late 2005.
Additionally Mr. Donato served as CFO with privately held Gamma
Medica-Ideas, an early stage medical imaging company. He was
involved in establishing the initial accounting reporting as well
as the IT infrastructure.
Most recently Mr. Donato served as CFO leading Iris
International, a NASDAQ traded medical diagnostics equipment
manufacturer. While at Iris, he served as CFO, Corporate
Secretary, and Corporate VP of Administration providing much needed
stability to Iris' administrative functions. He is credited
for: establishing a strong and timely reporting structure, improved
control environment, recruiting and retaining strong accounting,
finance, and IT teams, as well as implementing several business
applications and procedures. He also developed and improved
relationships with external parties to Iris including: investors,
coverage analysts, bankers, insurance brokers, and auditors.
Mr. Donato graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University (Fisher
College) with a Bachelors of Science in Business
Administration. He also completed a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of
Akron (Ohio) and is an
actively licensed Certified Public Accountant.
