Elvictor Group, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by November 14, 2022 as it requires additional time to gather necessary information for the preparation of such Quarterly Report. The Company anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
