County Line Energy Announces Corporate Update

County Line Energy (PINKSHEETS:CYLC)(FRANKFURT:G7Q) announces a complete updating of corporate image and tier status on the OTC Pink Sheets.

Although the company has been relatively inactive during the past couple of years, we still have been reviewing potential opportunities both in seeking out new projects and in marketing copies of our 3 dimensional seismic data which was created in Alberta in 2007.

The company has sold one copy of the entire program for $86,000 and presently has another potential customer reviewing the complete data set.

With difficult market times and general uncertainty in the oil industry it has been very difficult to sustain a market price adequate to finance the company in an industry that requires immediate funds to participate in drilling programs.

A source of funding has been determined and the company is finalizing all required reporting and filing documentation to maintain reporting company status on the OTC Pink Sheets. This will be completed within a few days.

The company has received new information through comparative well logs that the Hayter well in Alberta should definitely be perforated and completed as an initial project.

A well log from the general area was compared to the Hayter log. Both were almost identical at the Dina sands pay zone. The comparative well has produced in excess of 150,000 barrels of oil.

Other projects are being reviewed.
