No doubt, my good man, but the real delay is with the judicial system in the USA. A case that should take no more than an hour to rule upon ends up taking years..
Complete and utter waste of time and resources.

Just hand the entire system to AI and watch efficiency prevail IMHO....

It's time they put some speed behind their document submission. 2 months have passed and nothing has been submitted yet. I do have a positive feeling about it, but it still takes a while.

This float is so tightly wound IMHO, that it is just itching to moonshot IMHO

The more time that passes here, the more i am convinced that "IF" Judge Zurn approves the petition, or any indication leaks through, we see $1.00 the same day IMHO

Got an email from Berry yesterday. The requested documents still have to be forwarded by the lawyers. I think it will take a while. But I'm not selling.

$2.48 was with a fake scamming UK company that was a disaster. 
Imagine where a real strong business could drive the price this time. I'm sure many have been scoping this shell. 
Best share structure and shell in OTC in my opinion. 
$CLHI will blow past $2,48 with a real business with high potential. 
I thought it had some chance to hit $14 under scamming company lol

Well, i assume that when Ben has rectified all of the Judge's concerns(to the best of his ability), then another demand to the court will be made.
Logic would dictate that they get moved up in the docket queue, so that the Judge can decide once and for all....

Imho, we must remember that this is OTC territory, where every run is scrutinized as premeditated and a probable scam, no thanks to many infamous clowns over the years.
If this were to run to $1.00 now, with a court decision looming that may kill it for good, VC Zurn may see this as a lame attempt to cash in some stock, or that Ben has been leaking false promises IMHO...
It may sway her decision to a NO as opposed to a YES...
