Caught some cheap shares today, seems to be coming back. Wished for some trips or dubs that was promised, but happy to get low 0.01s.

No convertible or promissory notes to dilute the stock with toxic funding like so many other OTC stocks turn to for funding, but wreck shareholder value. The shares are clean management is aligned with regular shareholders in that there are only the commons held and no other preferred shares as well.

For the quarter ended September 2024 BSEG had a loss of $57,892. THAT IS A REPORTED LOSS ON THEIR FINANCIAL STATEMENT.

For the Fiscal Year 2024 they had a profit of $82,475. That is $.0007 a share profit based pm 113,516,548 shares outstanding.
If you take that .0007 and give it a multiple of 10 - the stock can be fairly valued at $.007.

They announced a capital raise in September. I do not know if they were successful, but if they were successful they would have issued a press release. Nonetheless, if they did a capital raise they would have had to issue stock and that means DILUTION which means more shares hit the market which means less value for every shareholder right now.

I hearby swear not to post on this board further. I hope all of you the best. I tried to save you people from a bad investment but all I can do is try.
I find it disturbing that people on this board criticize me for posting an opinion but yet the CEO of the company even after 19 years in business is failing and shareholders have lost money. Yet criticize me for an opinion and love the CEO.

We live in a society of acceptable failure. I have 2 children and I am happy with their accomplishments because failure is for the weak minded.
Nothing wrong with making an investment and losing money on that investment as I have done in the past because there is no guarantee but to think BSEG based on past performance is anything close to a good company is just accepting failure.

I am sure the losers - the people that accept failure - are glad I am leaving and will probably post something mindless and critical of me. I will look at this message board over the next couple of days just to see their infinite wisdom, I will not respond, but I will shake my head and laugh at people that think Kimberly is a good CEO and this company is a good investment.

Other stock boards refer to him as Mr. Big Talker. He refers to other CEOs as low lives and liars. BSEG has award winning talent. He likes to infuriate folks on other boards. He likes to draw attention to himself.

Losses? They are net profitable with little debt, but you know how to read a financial statement. Talk about trust you and that other poster threatening people came on this board at the same time basically so you probably arent the one to listen to imo.

Im not trying to sell anything, just posting what the company is about. Take it or leave it.

If BSEG goes to 0.0001 with this outstanding share structure.. might just have to buy them all. Respectable people surround her... one with multiple degrees and also an Iraq vet, that ran intelligence and a private investigation company. Others with awards, but yea youre the one to trust here.

What happens if they do not get the funding?
Does that mean the company remains generating $60,000 a quarter in revenues with losses. Because if that is the future, BSEG can actually go to $.00001.

I have to remind you that they issued a press release back in September about raising capital - have they raised any money?
I would be remiss if I didn't point out they issued 19 press releases in 2024 meanwhile the stock is down with little to no trading whatsoever.

Even if you are a paid promoter or an employee of the company, how can you with a good conscience be positive or try selling something that is unsellable.

Have you seen Kimberly speak? Have you seen some of the people that she claims are working for her? I wouldn't trust those people to deliver a newspaper to my house.

You are waiting patiently, but while you wait you are losing money because BSEG is and has been going down, meanwhile the stock market continues to hit all time highs across the board. I told you in my May 2024 post on this message board buying just 1 share of Apple Stock will do better than owning 100,000 shares of BSEG.

With all the projects in the works if and when funding comes in for many of them selected for good ROI, we should do pretty well here.

How can BSEG make films, with or without using AI, when they only have $40,936 in cash.
Please do not tell me about their $565,031 in accounts receivables because that has been there for many years and it has not been collected. I am somewhat surprised BSEG auditors don't make them write it off.

I know BSEG made an announcement last year about some type of a capital raise and some posters on this message board thought the funding would come in, but based on the most recent balance sheet Kimberly has failed at that.

These are not my opinions - $60K in quarterly revenue after 19 years is bad.

Unable to raise money is bad.
Stock decrease every year is bad.

These are truths. In a real company a CEO would resign for failure or in most cases in a real company the Board of Directors would terminate the CEO for failure.

Just look at the stock chart and all past 10Q and 10K filings - failure is everywhere.

That seems to be prudent as we have exciting projects to release. One of the financial channels indicated last week that the public is viewing an average of seven films and streaming shows each month these days which is up substantially.

Lets forget my opinion for a second - they have been in business for 19 years and for the quarter ended Sept 2024 they did $60,000 in revenues. Most pizzerias throughout the United States do more revenues. 60,000 in revenues and someone on this board thinks AI is going to help this company.
That 60,000 is revenues. They lose money every year.

How can you put Michael Ovitz into this conversation where he has absolutely nothing to do with BSEG. And when you say BSEG has great talent, good products and content and a favorable structure - 0K in revenues, losses and a CEO that embarrassed herself at a virtual conference.

Entertainment executive Michael Otivz who has a stable of actors, directors and screen writers just appeared on one of the financial channels this morning. In his view A-I will eventually cut costs but companies in Hollywood need to be figure out how profits will be affected early on. He sees much more consolidation coming. In my view BSEG has great talent, good products (content) and a favorable share structure. Interesting time to own a position here.

Much news on A-I and open source today which is really affecting tech. We had two small A-I companies in Austin shut down and lay off people very recently. Lots of unknowns here with expenses on chips and types of chips. Hopefully, we have been slow in adopting it here at BSEG until things calm down in A-I land. Just my two bits.

Yes, "Show me the money" is a key. BSEG is on a capital funding drive with announced projects. Execution now is key. I like the projects they have lined up.

1 - You say if cash comes in AR goes down.
It's such small numbers because AR is $600,000.
The major problem with BSEG is that AR goes up every quarter while revenues decline. If someone were to do forensic accounting on this situation it would be highly likely and very probable that a good percentage of past revenues did not generate cash flow because the AR invoices were not paid and in some instances the company had to write-off past due AR invoices which clearly revenues should not have been declared.

2 - You say BIDDING is going up.
I am not sure what you are looking at, but let me give you the benefit of the doubt.
Lets say it goes up $0.005 - How much is that for someone that owns 1 million shares. The answer is $5,000 (five thousand).
The issue with this is do you know how hard it would be to sell 1 million shares of BSEG since they have no liquidity.
Paper profit on non-liquid stocks, such as BSEG, is not a real profit and that is the reason most investors stay away from a stock like this one.

And when people stay away from a stock, the stock never goes up. You may have .005+ swings up, but you will also have them downward and at the end, if your not making a real profit, then your losing money even if you have a paper profit. And sicne you can not borrow against OTC stock due to them being illliquid, the paper profit is just like AR that doesn't get paid. THE CASH NEVER COMES, but on paper for an individual, just like a balance sheet for a public company, it has no real value.

Accounts Receivables CAN NOT be booked or moved to revenues.

Accounts Receivables was booked as revenues in the past and now it is under accounts receivables because it is owed to them by someone or some company.

If you look at past quarterly and annual reports you will see that their accounts receivables has been consistently growing. If Accounts Receivables is past 90 or 180 days old, a public company has to make proper adjustments for unpaid invoices which means past revenues would need to be adjusted. In really simple words old accounts receivables will need to be removed from the balance sheet.

$BSEG lets see if any of that $600k on the accounts receivables last Q will be moved to booked revenue this upcoming Q disclosure.

BSEG will have its day with or without you.
