Your response is embarrassing. The $100.00 you can barely put up doesn't address the multitude of problems this shell is facing. The company has a negative net worth, that just a fact. The transaction needs a miracle to happen. Bring facts or stay in the playroom.

How is it undervalued? They own some land and they have no idea how much lithium is in the ground. They have no infrastructure, no leadership with expertise in this field, no engineers, no partners in the industry.. BLTH is a P.O. box.

Here is OUR OPINION. There are MANY flaws in several of the statements below. First, the company will have no choice but to do the 1-5 reverse split that they have filed for, resulting in the OS going from 11.6 million to 2.6 million. If, by chance, the S-1 is even remotely successful (and that's a BIG IF), it will create MASSIVE, historical, sweeping dilution to existing and pre-raise shareholders. In addition, it appears that there are a significant number of convertibles that will induce even more painful dilution. There is SO much paper out there it's tough even to imagine the amount of dilution ahead, could be millions and millions, we can't keep track of the prinitng press anymore. In our opinion, this stock is uninvestable until the equity cap table is thoroughly flushed, they have the required working capital to execute, which could take years. This goes without saying that the "executive team", has to go as soon as possible and be replaced with professionals that know what they are doing and that have a history of success...the current group has neither. The last SPAC deal was terminated once they realized who would be at the wheel of this thing, from what we heard. These significant challenges (and there are many, many, many more) don't even take into consideration that the shine is off the lithium market. We have an oversupply and there's no indication that there's a meaningful amount of lithium in the BLTH claims and that these guys can extract it profitably. This is a 2026-27 story at best, if it ever even gets off the ground. In the meantime, in our opinion, this stock is untouchable and should be avoided...run, run, run...run away.

$BLTH Our market cap is grossly undervalued at under 4 million and the merger proposal has us at a valuation of 150,000,000.00 dollars. This ticker is flying way under the radar.

Graber loans the company money, the company then uses that money to pay Grabers salary, when the notes all become due they convert all of Grabers notes to shares, do a RS, and Graber ends up owning more of the company than ever without spending a dime.

It's a scam. Pure and simple a scam. Owning mining rights is perfect to pull it off because then they never really have any expenses in running a company...just paying themselves millions every year.

Where getting Millions? Not selling shares... Third party Investors with no connection with Management funding this Lithium operation. Either going Bust or Making Bank. Choose your poison.

Those notes exist to do one thing...pay these guys millions every year. Within 6 months they will convert them like they did before and then do another RS.

As far as their lithium being worth billions, that they paid 100k for btw lol, here is a link to spot lithium prices. Goto the 5 year chart. Youll see that lithium prices have fallen to lower than what they were even 5 years ago before the boom.
