Allenergy Announces Shareholders' Lawsuit Dismissed

INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy,
Inc. (OTC:ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry
and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas
fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce that a
shareholders' lawsuit filed by Roy Cooper, Christopher Allison and
Elsie Gerber has been dismissed by the United States District
Court, Central District of California. "The Court previously
dismissed the majority of the claims at issue on a summary
judgment," said Larry L. Sanford, President, Allenergy. "The
remaining claims related to an alleged loan issued to Mr. Cooper
were settled. As part of the settlement and dismissal, all existing
disputes between the Plaintiffs and Allenergy were resolved in
