Vast Announces Resignation of Senior Officer

Vast Exploration Inc. ("Vast" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:VST) announces the
departure of Mr. Fari Goodarzi from his position as Vice President of Vast,
effective immediately. Mr. Goodarzi has tendered his resignation from the
Company as he intends to focus on other endeavors. The management and board of
Vast would like to thank Mr. Goodarzi for his service and the insight he has
provided to the Company and wish him well in the future.
