Uranium Participation Corporation (TSX:U) ("UPC") reports its estimated net
asset value at January 31, 2014 was CAD$555.0 million or CAD$5.22 per share. As
at January 31, 2014, UPC's investment portfolio consisted as follows:

In January 2014, UPC sold the conversion component of 100,000 KgU as UF6. To
facilitate the sale of the conversion component, UPC transferred 100,000 KgU as
UF6 to the buyer and received 261,286 pounds of U3O8 and cash consideration of
US$1,000,000 (CAD$1,112,000).
