Mtrex Network Solutions Inc. (“MTREX”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract with iSIGN Media Corp. (“iSIGN”) (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), for cellular modems and the companion worldwide data plans. iSIGN, a Canadian company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is a data-focused, software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) company that is a pioneering leader in the areas of location-based security alert messaging and proximity marketing utilizing Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi connectivity in complete privacy.  Creators of the Smart suite of products, a patented interactive proximity marketing technology, iSIGN enables the delivery of messages to mobile devices in proximity, with real-time reporting and analytics on a variety of metrics from their hardware device, the Smart Antenna (“SA”). 

MTREX will integrate its modems and secure, fully managed wireless connectivity with iSIGN’s SA devices, resulting in a single unit that can be placed anywhere.  iSIGN considers this integration as key for any outdoor installation of their SAs, as well as for use in enclosed parking structures, office buildings and use in underground mines. 

Additionally, as iSIGN is working on a project that involves the installation of their SAs into emergency vehicles in Las Vegas, using the MTREX wireless connectivity solution will allow for the same full functionality as if their SAs were connected to a fixed data network.
