Northland Announces Dates for 2014 First Quarter Financial Results Release and Details of Investor Call

Northland Power Inc. ("Northland")
(TSX:NPI)(TSX:NPI.PR.A)(TSX:NPI.PR.C)(TSX:NPI.DB.A)(TSX:NPI.DB.B) will release
its 2014 first quarter financial results after market close on May 12, 2014.
Northland management will hold an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern
Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday May 13, 2014, followed by a question and answer
period.
