I agree, I am one of the moderators and I can't figure out the things they accept or reject at times. When I, as a moderator, try to get guidance I just get a can response to read the guidelines.....even if I say, "I read the guidelines" and some of the decisions seem to run contrary to said guide

The issue isn’t competition, its whether one group of shareholders benefit to the detriment of the other. In some situations both benefit, but it’s unclear whether that’s the case here.

As for “transparency” there’s been no discussion from RNVA regarding how these transactions benefit
