kicked off the nomination process for the annual "China's Best Employer Award" together with
Peking University Social Survey Research Center.
Launched in 2005, "China's Best
Employer Award" has become the most influential and prestigious

"Oscars" of the human resources industry in China, the award is both a valuable reference
for job seekers, and an important way for local and international

August 31, 2017. China's Best Employer Nationwide TOP 100 award
will be announced in September 2017.
A grand ceremony will be held in December
2017 to announce award winners.
The award selection is based on professional and fair evaluation
by the jury committee and public online voting by employees and job
seekers. The jury committee consists of academic professionals,
employment specialists, senior media reporters and third-party
consultants. The professional evaluation will focus on employer
image, management, salary and benefits, growth and training, work
environment and company culture. A jury team of 1,000 HR
professionals will review the nominations made by the public.
