Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. (ARG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Shelledy to Senior Vice President, Franchise Services. "This recognizes all of Karen's contributions over the years," said Doug Benham, President and CEO, Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. Shelledy has been with the Arby's family for more than 27 years starting as an accounting supervisor with Arby's Franchise Association, then Arby's marketing organization, and working her way up within Arby's Franchise Services Department to her current position today. In her position, Shelledy oversees franchise services providing the necessary strategies and tools to assist franchisees in building successful restaurant businesses. Shelledy, who resides in Atlanta with her husband, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton.
