Western Asset Emerging Markets Floating Rate Fund Inc., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ๏ฟฝEFL,๏ฟฝ announced distributions of $0.1974 per common share for June 2007 and $0.0750 per common share per month for July and August 2007. In lieu of the Fund๏ฟฝs ordinary income distribution, the June 2007 distribution totaling $0.1974 per common share is comprised of short-term capital gains of $0.1473 and long-term capital gains of $0.0501. The July and August distributions of $0.0750 per common share are from ordinary income.
