There would have been no reason for preferred shares, or the RS.

It was not Lou or Matt Kohrs who implemented and deployed the Reverse Split (RS) when AMC was trading arouind $5.
It was not Lou or Matt Kohrs who drove the stock down to $5 after the Reverse Split which should have moved the stock price from $5 to $50 on a 10 to 1 RS. It was the MMs, HFs, or other groups and their nefarious stock manipulating machines.
You can not blame all the problems that AMC faced after the RS was done on Lou or Matt Kohrs who were nothing more than pumping/bashing YouTube video content providers. It took real trades on a massive level to drop the AMC stock price by 90% where people all lost 90% of their value overnight. All the loyal and dedicated to AMC shareholders got a big boot up their ASS by Adam Aron who lied to the shareholders and never said they would loose 90% of their value overnight. Which to this day has never recovered back to $50 where it was prior to the RS. The blame is all on Adam Aron for defrauding the shareholders on a massive level. Who used the company debt as an excuse to do the RS which was not necessary.

You continue to hold and believe in this AMC stock that you know beyond a shadow of doubt has no chance to go up and if it turns very bullish and looks like its ready to run up or Short Squeeze, Adam Aron (its CEO) will find a way to bash the status of this AMC company and rub your nose in the fact that it has enormous debt or put out challenging (PRs) Press Releases that effectively support the Shorts or the people betting against the AMC stock/company to discourage people from buying and holding its stock. In the past 5 years, I remember seeing AMC management put out SEC documents that said "There is high risk in buying and holding AMC stock and that buyers beware of the danger of losing most or all your money investing in AMC Stock".

So why would anyone in their right mind want to invest in such a loser (AMC stock) where the managemenet of the AMC Company is on the side of the Shorts who want nothing more than bankrupt the AMC company sending the AMC stock price to pennies or zero in value?

BTW, I have lost a fortune of money investing and believing and holding on to the AMC stock when every insane stock holding fool was pumping that he his HODLING the AMC stock and even puting out banners on small airplanes saying the obviouis insanity that cost 4 million people to lose most of their money. I lost more money than most of you make in a year working on a day job. I will not tell you how much. All because AA played us like fools with his shorting buddies and f_cked the AMC shareholder and price with his unnecessary RS (reverse split) followed by Shorts tanking the stock by 90% of its previouis days value. As long as AA is the CEO of AMC Co you will never see an AMC Stock Short Squeeze happening. He will not allow it and he will do everything in his power to stop it because he works for the Shorts and the people who want to milk this AMC company until it no longer exists as a viable business. Much like how the shorts destroyed, TOYS_R_US, RADIO_SHACK, SEARS, and many others.

My condolences to all of you who lost most of your money holding this miserable AMC stock that has literally defrauded you in the eyes of the world and the SEC and other (Department Of Justice) law enforcement agencies did nothing to stop the bad people (AA and the Shorts) from stealing your money.

Hopefully one day the bad (thief) guys get justice sending them to prison and their money returned to all of you (AMC Shareholders). Until that day comes, we all stand to lose our money investing in this cursed AMC stock.
