On November 18, 2011, Move, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware a Certificate of Amendment of the Company’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Amendment”) to effect a 1-for-4 reverse stock split of its common stock (the “Reverse Stock Split”) and to decrease the number of authorized shares of common stock from 500,000,000 shares to 125,000,000 shares. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Looks like it is pulling back nicely. Could have a recovery from what looks like a head and shoulders pattern. Hmm may have to take another look at this one.

LOL not really sure. Funny thing about this stock my boss at my job told me about this one. Seems to be a good company. I have only traded it a few times and missed a nice run but that doesn't stop me from keeping track of it.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Feb 25, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Move, Inc., the leader in online real estate, today announced that Lorna Borenstein, the Company's current President, has decided to leave the Company effective March 13, 2009. Steven Berkowitz, who was named Move's Chief Executive Officer on January 21, 2009, will assume responsibility for Ms. Borenstein's duties.
