Walden C. Rhines, the company's chairman and CEO, will keynote
In-Stat's Spring Processor Forum (formerly Embedded Processor
Forum) on May 17 at The Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, California.
In his keynote, entitled "Moore's Law is Unconstitutional," Rhines
will explain how semiconductor costs will continue to decrease,
even as the semiconductor industry reaches the terminal limits of
device scaling, due to a multitude of factors other than transistor
