Getting such a nice judgement in court is a double edged sword. In alot of states,whenever you get punative damages,the case automatically comes up for either review by a judicial panel,or an automatic appeal in some cases.In other words,we are a long ways away from cashing that big-assed check. Hope the company stays afloat till then.

Momentum thanks for creating the board I remember reading about this deal with this company and Boeing some time ago and it looks like that judgement is for real? So what's next any idea for the stock or forecast? Thanks

As a result of the rulings, the judgment previously entered on the jury's compensatory and punitive damages verdicts against both The Boeing Company and its satellite subsidiary is now final. The final judgment amount is $603,227,358. (In pre-mkt trade, ICOG is trading at $0.59)
