Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 11, 2024, Ms. Nikita Jaiswal resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Future Health Esg Corp (the “Company”). The Board duly accepted her resignation. Ms. Jaiswal’s resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company will work to rebalance the Board in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rules as soon as possible.
