Community Investors Bancorp, Inc. Declares Dividend BUCYRUS, Ohio, July 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Community Investors Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ:CIBI), the parent Corporation of First Federal Community Bank of Bucyrus, Ohio, has announced that the Corporation will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.095 per share. The dividend will be for stockholders of record on July 29, 2005 and payable on August 13, 2005. The amount of this dividend represents an annual increase of $0.02 per share for a 5.5% percent increase. President Phillip W. Gerber stated that this increase is the tenth consecutive annual dividend that has been allowed to CIBI's stockholders. First Federal Community Bank of Bucyrus services Crawford County, located in North Central Ohio, currently with four offices; three in Bucyrus and one in New Washington.
