Neurosoft announces the appointment of Integrae SIM SpA as its new Nomad Athens, 30 September 2010 - Neurosoft S.A. a software house, listed on AIM Italia market (GRS802003004, Reuters NRST.MI, Bloomberg NRST:IM) for which until today Banca Akros has been its Nominated Adviser, announces the appointment of Integrae SIM SpA as its new Nominated adviser as of 1st October 2011. Integrae SIM was approved as Nominated Adviser on 24 June 2010 and is active within the following strategic business areas: Corporate Finance, Equity Sales & Trading and Equity Research. The Corporate Finance area focuses on high added value services tailored for SMEs. The Equity Sales & Trading area is the natural complement and support for the Corporate Finance area. The Equity Research area is their essential framework.
