SAVOY ASSET MANAGEMENT PLC


On 9th January 2004, a former employee of Savoy Asset Management PLC ("Savoy")
exercised options granted under an approved share option scheme over 2,096
ordinary 10p shares in Savoy at an option price of 77p per share.  These shares
were allotted and issued on the 12th January 2004 and application has been made
to have them listed on AIM.
