GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Riviera Tool Company (AMEX:RTC) ("Riviera" or the "Company") announced today that it received notice from the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX" or the "Exchange") on March 30 indicating that the Company no longer complies with the Exchange's continued listing standards due to net losses in three out of its four most recent fiscal years, and the resulting deficit of shareholders' equity of less than $4,000,000, as set forth in Section 1003(a) (ii) of the Company Guide, and that its securities are, therefore, being delisted from the Exchange effective on Thursday, April 19th. The Company will continue to file reports in accordance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
