(AMEX:CAS), one of North America's leading metals and plastics distributors, today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 results and its related conference call. The Company has decided to delay the release of its full financial results for one week, while management continues to work with its external auditors to finalize compensation expense associated with employee stock options exercised during 2005. The Company now plans to release its results on Monday, March 13, 2006. The conference call hosted by management has also been moved to March 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. (EST). "We are disappointed to delay our earning release, but feel it is prudent to complete the audit process before disclosing our financial results," stated Larry A.
