Manager. Ms. Dright has over 20 years of experience in technical
support, customer service and call center management, including ISO
Certification education. During her professional career, she has
worked for various software development companies, including Gamma
Enterprise Technologies and Sybase, Inc. Skip Helms, Chief
Operations Officer for Aspyra commented, �Shelia has the
