Besides paying borrowing fees...and paying a 12% dividend for most of the year...Dr. Phil asks..."How's That Workin' For Ya"...???

Another nice earnings report...and continuation of the $ .26 quarterly dividend...

and...more buyback of shares authorization...

What a great "Savings Account" this one is....

"Sympathy for the devils"...???

I don't know why, but I feel just a little bad for all the shortsellers in BBDC...(just a very little)...
Besides the cost of borrowing shares...every 3 months they shell out a hefty dividend...it adds up to $1.04 per share annually...
This company regulary earns more than eough to pay the divvies...they buy back shares when it gets too cheap...The shares are worth $11.28 and the stock trades at $9.20...Why do they do this to themselves...and for so long...???
Oh well...such is life...and it is Their decision to make...
These devils may someday try to cover their positions...but I doubt it would be an easy task...

Raised divvie...bought back stock...beat on earnings...Net Asset Value up again...

Holding for Income...
and also capital gains...stock Should appreciate...

Earnings report due out Aug. 9...

I got a good feeling....the last report was for quarter ending June 30...and that included the horrible month of March with the regional bank issues...

so

maybe we get a decent "mark to market' on holdings...and enuf EPS to cover the dividend...???

If the dividend holds up at this level...well then at $14/shr the yield would still be over 7%...right?

Barings LLC mentioned...taking deal in April 2023

Maybe this will end up accretive to earnings...
Next report in August...

Watch this stock...It is a good dividend yielder...and it is currently undervalued at under $8...As long as they earn enough to support the divvie...I plan on holding this for years...kinda like a high % savings account...
