Ticketmaster Entertainment is being acquired by S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Live Nation Inc. (NYSE:LYV) in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date. Ticketmaster Entertainment's place in the S&P SmallCap 600 index will be taken by NCI Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT) after the close of trading on Monday, February 1.
