Wyatt Group plc announces that it was yesterday informed that Mr David
Robertson, Finance Director, sold 55,556 shares in the Company at a price of 9
pence per share on 30 March 2007.  The Company was also informed that on the
same date his wife Mrs Linda Robertson, in whose shares he is deemed to be
beneficially interested, purchased 55,556 shares in the Company at a price of 9
pence per share.  Mr Robertson's interest in the Company's shares therefore
remains the same.
