("WorldSpreads" or the "Company")

ESM Adviser Resignation

WorldSpreads announces that Bloxham Stockbrokers resigned as its ESM adviser and Irish broker to the Company on 16 March 2012.

Pursuant to ESM Rule 1, if a replacement ESM Adviser is not appointed within one month of this date, the Irish Stock Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company's securities.

Following the appointment of a receiver to the Company by the Company's secured lender it is not anticipated that there will be any return to the Company's shareholders.
