Purchase of Additional Shares In Northbridge Industrial Services plc

The Company announces that it today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 206.5p per share, in the capital of Northbridge Industrial Services plc (‘Northbridge’), of which David Marshall, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, is a Non-Executive Director.

Following this transaction, the Company holds 1,900,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.22% of Northbridge’s share capital.
