Authority of 40,000 income shares, and for such shares to be admitted to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The authority to
issue further shares under the placing expired on 25th June 2002, and the issued
share capital, including the 40,000 income shares above, now comprises
20,848,140 income shares and 9,816,146 capital shares.
