acquisition of an industrial warehouse property on the Widford Trading Estate,
Chelmsford for a cash consideration of approximately #3.475m.

The property comprises 94,418 sq ft of predominantly industrial warehouse space
and is let to Exel (Europe) Limited and Lynx Express Limited.
