We refer to your telephone conversation with our Miss Sachdev on 13th December
2005. 

As Miss Sachdev explained to you, for close of business 28th April 2005 we
had disclosed a material interest in 46,951,894 Ordinary shares, representing
3.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. However, it has only
just come to light, that on 21st June the position went below a disclosable
level, which should have been notified. This error was due to our system
rounding up the position, which was originally in the region of 2.99 per cent.
The position since that date has remained below the three per cent threshold.


We consequently have rectified our system, and have ensured that this error
should not happen in the future.
