company has been informed by Mr Tom Windle that as a result of his minor
daughter's coming of age, for the purpose of the disclosure of directors'
interests, he is no longer beneficially interested in the 750,000 shares held in
her name. At today's date Mr Windle remains beneficially interested in 3,820,000
shares. No sale or transfer of shares has taken place.
