UTV Motion Pictures recovers production costs of Goal



UTV Motion Pictures Plc's ("UTVM" or the "Company") latest movie DHAN DHANA DHAN
GOAL, produced at a cost of $4 million, starring John Abraham, Bipasha Basu,
Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani, has already recovered its cost of production even
before its worldwide theatrical release on 23 November 2007.



The Company has entered into arrangements to syndicate satellite distribution
rights, music rights, territory pre-sales, home video distribution and in-film
advertising with brands including Reebok, Western Union, Gillette. All these
arrangements have contributed to recovery of the movie's production costs prior
to the release of the film. Additionally, these brands will offer media and
promotional support and Reebok will retail the Goal range across 535 outlets in
India.



The Company has also licensed the gaming rights of the film to Indiagames, which
has in turn entered into an arrangement with FIFA to launch the Goal-FIFA
challenge on the Games-On-demand platform.



The Company has entered into an agreement with ESPN Star Sports to integrate the
catch-line of Goal in their promotion of English Premier League matches to be
telecast on ESPN in the month of November.
