    TV COMMERCE HOLDINGS PLC

    ISSUE OF EQUITY


    The Board TV Commerce Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it has issued 200,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.02 pence nominal
value at 0.025 pence each per share raising �50,000. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

    Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 13 October 2008.

    Following the above issue of equity the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 1,264,179,632 ordinary shares of 0.02p each.
