("Top Creation" or the "Company")

Update on Investment Exit

Further to the announcement on 26 February 2014, the Company would like to update the market on the Investment Exit in Lot 129, Negeri Melaka ("Melaka Project").

The Company notes that Sanichi Technology Berhad (the "Purchaser"), has announced the approval of the right issue by the Malaysia Stock Exchange to raise the remaining funds to complete the purchase of Lot 129. The EGM to approve the rights issue by the Purchaser's shareholders is expected to be held at the end of June. The Company has been informed that, subject to shareholder approval, the Purchaser expects to complete the rights issue by end of August 2014. Following the completion of the rights issue, settlement of the purchase price for Lot 129 will be completed.
