The Board of The Debt Advisor Group plc, (AIM: TDAG), the debt solutions
specialist, today announces that Mark Walker has resigned as a director and
employee of the Group with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Mark
for his efforts as Finance Director and Company Secretary over the past 18
months.

In his place, the Board is delighted to welcome Simon Cotterill who is
appointed Finance Director and Company Secretary today, with immediate effect.
Simon Philip Cotterill, aged 48 has a strong pedigree in the financial services
sector, most recently as finance manager of Kensington Group's Commercial
Mortgages Division.

Mike Sutcliffe, Chief Executive of The Debt Advisor Group plc, said:

"I am delighted with the appointment of Simon who joins us with a proven track
record of success within financial services. Simon's experience will be crucial
to the Group as we continue to grow our presence in the debt solutions market."

As part of his remuneration package Simon has been issued with share options in
respect of 500,000 ordinary shares in The Debt Advisor. These share options can
be exercised from 1st March 2010 at a price of 2.5p per share.

Simon is not, and has not been within the previous five years, a director or
partner of any other company.

There are no further disclosures to make in accordance with the requirements of
AIM Rule schedule 2, paragraph (g).
