In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and 
Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was 
notified today that Steven Hancock, a director of the Company, had disposed of 
3,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share 
capital, at a price per share of 2.125 pence to meet certain capital gains tax 
liabilities. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction Mr Hancock's holding is now 53,562,125¹ ordinary 
shares, representing 7.3% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
¹ Steven Hancock's holding includes shares registered in the name of his 
wife. For the purposes of Section 252 of the Companies Act 2006 they are deemed 
connected parties, and so part of his own holding.
