Global Secure Corp., a client company of Sky Capital, which provides integrated
products and services for the homeland security industry, announced 16 November
that it has postponed the initial public offering of shares of its common stock
due to current market conditions. Global Secure has not withdrawn its
registration statement from the Securities & Exchange Commission.
