                            Offer For Subscription                             

The Board of Sky Capital is pleased to announce that, further to the
announcement of 6 May 2005, the Company has now raised total gross funds of �
5,809,857 as a result of its offer for subscription (the "Offer") for new
common shares of �0.0001 at 100 pence per share in the Company. The offer has
now closed.

The funds raised will be used for the continuation of the Company's business
strategy.

Application is being made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on the
AIM market and admission is expected to occur on or around 8 June 2005.
