Sports Cafe Holdings plc ("Sports Cafe or "the Company")

Further re Administration and Nomad


The Company announced on 14 January 2008 that it had appointed Bruce Mackay and
Alan Lovett of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP as administrators (the
"Administrators").

Since that date five of the company's eight venues - those in London, Leeds,
Birmingham, Newcastle and Glasgow - have been sold to Agilo Limited.  The
company's remaining three venues - those in Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol -
have ceased trading.  As a result the Company no longer has any trading
operations.

The Administrators have reported to the creditors of the Company and have
advised that there will be no return to the unsecured creditors or the
shareholders in this matter.

Following the conclusion of the Administrations, it is the Administrators'
intention that the Company be dissolved.

Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited has tendered its resignation as Nominated
Adviser ("Nomad") and Broker to the Company.  This resignation will take effect
from 9 April 2008.

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Sports Cafe is required to appoint
a new Nomad within one month from 10 April 2008, failing which the admission of
its securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
