UPDATE OF THE GLOBAL COVERED BOND PROGRAMME PUBLICATION OF BASE PROSPECTUS

On 19 June 2023, HSBC UK Bank plc updated its EUR25 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, which is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by HSBC UK Covered Bonds LLP .

The base prospectus relating to the Global Covered Bond Programme has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.
