                            Restoration of trading                             

Further to the suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on 16
October 2007, the Company announces that it has substantially implemented its
investing strategy in accordance with AIM Rule 15. The directors of Regensis
have accordingly requested the London Stock Exchange to restore trading in its
ordinary shares on AIM with immediate effect.

It is expected that the restoration will become effective at 7.00am and that
trading will recommence on AIM at 8.00am today.
