FDA told MK what they needed back in 2021 at 1st meeting. To date, MK hasn't delivered anything they need. Why blame FDA when MK hasn't even submitted the the rabbit results yet? Those were in the withdrawn IDE application. FDA can't consider a withdrawn application.

I believe since they were OTCQB prior to bouncing to the Expert Market they would only have to pay the fee and not have to refile to be accepted back on the QB They already meet the Fully Audited requirement as well

The problem with Yves's statement is that it's quite easy to misinterpret. He's talking about "multi-100GHz" modulators, which is referring to the plasmonic devices. These are not ready for mass commercialization and are not what they were developing in-house. What's relevant for the immediate futur
