Ricmore Capital Plc ("Ricmore" or "the Company") 
 
 
Suspension of trading 
 
 
 
 
As previously announced, as an investing company under the AIM Rules, Ricmore 
must have either substantially implemented its investment strategy or concluded 
a reverse takeover on or before  9 January 2010 or otherwise its shares would be 
suspended from trading on AIM.  As the Company has not yet done so,  the 
Company's shares have been suspended with effect from 7.00 am today. 
 
 
The Company has a further six months to comply with these investing company 
requirements to enable the shares to be restored to trading,  failing which the 
shares will be de-listed. The Board can report that it is actively considering a 
particular transaction and will report further to shareholders as and when
