At  the AGM held today, 26 August 2010 at 11.00 a.m., all resolutions put to the 
meeting  were duly passed.    A copy of  the summary of the proxy votes received 
will be placed on the Company's website atwww.shorecap.co.uk. 
 
The  Company has been informed that  Aubrey Brocklebank, director, is a director 
of  Octopus  Third  AIM  VCT  plc  which  was  placed  in  a  voluntary members' 
liquidation  on  12 August  2010 for  the  purposes  of  effecting a merger with 
another VCT.
