Dividend announcement 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Following the announcement on 18 December 2009 which discussed the Company's 
intention to distribute portfolio realisations, the Board have approved an 
interim dividend of 44.85p per Ordinary Share. The ex-dividend date will be 20 
January 2010 and the record date 22 January 2010. Payment will be made to 
shareholders by 29 January 2010. 
 
 
This dividend will bring distributions to date to 50p per Ordinary Share. In 
addition to this the Board is targeting the announcement of a further dividend 
of 10p per Ordinary Share before the end of January 2010 subject to the expected 
completion of the disposal of another major unquoted holding within the 
qualifying portfolio.
