Change of Accounting Reference Date 
 
The Company announces that it has changed its accounting date to 31 March.  The 
end of the current accounting period will now be 31 March 2010. 
 
In  accordance  with  Listing  Rule  9.6.22, the  Company  will prepare a second 
interim  report for the  current accounting period  and expects that this report 
will be made up to 28 February 2010.
